「A very good hotel where the rooftop swimming pool can over look the river. The hotel itself is beautifully built and the staff are very nice and helpful . There is a free hotel shuttle bus connecting to Hoi An beach which is also a check out point that can be missed. Excellent!!! 」

「Hoi An Babylon Luxury Hotel & Spa (newly built) and Hoi An Babylon Riverside & Spa (quite old) are sited side by side. We have booked 2 rooms and 2 nights for former hotel. The two hotels share one reception counter. We checked in at night and we were provided a room from the older hotel. 「The owners (Yuen and Lim) are wonderful, they really went out of their way to ensure we had a good stay with them. The room was quite large and comfortable, breakfast was tasty and filling, we had pancakes made by Lim and the pool was great for a dip in the hot and humid weather. It was relaxing and stress free. It's a little gem hidden away from the hustle and bustle of Hoi An. I highly recommend staying there and great value.」

「very helpful host in arranging laundry and transportation, albeit slightly more expensive, but paying for the convenience. gave recommendations for local food and tailor as well. room was very clean. had some issue with hot water initially but responsive in resolving it quickly. bikes looked to be in old condition, and we felt like we were discouraged from using them.」

「The villa offered a truly luxurious experience during my 4-day stay. The modern and chic interior design was a visual treat, especially the unique fusion with traditional Vietnamese elements. I particularly loved the spaciousness of the 2-bedroom layout, perfect for relaxation. Moreover, the service was impeccable, making the whole experience seamless and enjoyable. beware, you may be assigned to another hotel

"Hoi An Babylon Luxury Hotel & Spa (newly built) and Hoi An Babylon Riverside & Spa (quite old) are sited side by side. We have booked 2 rooms and 2 nights for former hotel. The two hotels share one reception counter. We checked in at night and we were provided a room from the older hotel. We found out the mistake next morning and asked for relocation to the newer hotel that we booked and paid for. Hotel reception agreed to relocate us to babyon Luxury (new one) on 2nd day, but the experience from first night was very bad. Equipments from the old hotel are pretty shabby, very strong wind from air conditioner was blowing right towards the bed. Even hotel staff couldn't adjust the wind power or direction. This made us very difficult to fall asleep on the 1st night. The experience on 2nd night is much better at the newer hotel."
