Manolia the customer service representative was above & beyond helpful. The best part of my stay was the 8€ breakfast! They did a WONDERFUL job with it and helped me stay below budget for my food costs. The room was clean & smelling good. There only one negative thing... and it comes from the customer expecring a Ritz Carlton experience in the farming portion of Crete. Well Worth It. Pay the 8€ for the breakfast and it'll save you 30€ from eating out."
