"Rooms were clean bathrooms had upgrade sinks shower everything look good the only to issues had was the air conditioning. It would come on then stop and the room would get hot so trying to adjust the thermostat wasn’t very Lear you would think just turn up or down but no it was me pressing all sorts of buttons to get the cool air on. Also the pool would be a good thing if it were outdoors so we don’t use it for it was indoors and way to hot to swim in it."

"Room was clean and recently updated. The only issue was the sliding glass door in the bathroom. It was so difficult to open and close, I wasn't sure I would be able to open it. I believe the tracks the glass door slid was full of sand. Breakfast was very good with a lot of choices. It was after 5pm before we could check-in awaiting the room to be cleaned. Check-in time was supposed to be 4pm"

"Staff was great and helpful. Elevators took forever and pool towels were scarce. Room was as expected and always good with an ocean view. No issues that we needed fixed. Just an easy weekend trip to the beach."

"If you need a nice place in Virginia Beach to stay, definitely consider this hotel. The room was very clean and had a great view, but there were a few minor things like the holder for the Charley lock being broken, and some plugs not working, but nothing major. The manager and most of the staff were very kind and hospitable, and the cleaning staff were also great, always providing new towels while we were away. Lastly, the location is also great, being close to the nearby pier, amusement park and other places."

"So this hotel is older. You can tell by the walls in the rooms. Balcony door stuck so often. TV remote would not work all the time. Yet staff is fabulous. Bar/ restaurant is fabulous. Location is fabulous. Just needs barhroom/ bedroom walls and ceilings painted or cleaned up."
