「Every time we have a business trip to Minneapolis, this is always our 1st choice. The location is great which is close to the airport and it is just next to Mall of America where we can eat various types of food and do some shopping. 」

「Customer service was friendly and attentive. They provided a goodie bag upon check in. Rooms have been recently renovated, are clean, and comfortable. They are smaller rooms as the original motel is probably quite old, but it suited our needs. If we stay in this area again, we will be repeat customers. 」

「The front desk staff was not allowing me to check in due to the name of reservation is different with the name on my passport. This was the first time I encountered such situation. Though she stilled allow me to check in after I show my email address and phone number. 30 minutes was passed. And, my colleagues was required to slide the credit card twice even though the first slide was approved. 」

「The room was spacious, clean, bed was comfortable. Breakfast was really really good. There were plenty of varieties. The staff were very nice too. Overall we enjoyed our stay in this place. If we ever visit minneapolis again, we will definitely consider staying here again.」
