When I got there and asked if I was getting a bathtub room they said yes. My room didn't have a bathtub lol so I went out and thankfully they changed rooms. 「Beautiful room, which was spacious and clean. The towels were thin and flimsy and the cheap plastic toilet seat kept sliding around when I sat down on it, a safety hazard for elderly patrons. Otherwise, the property was wonderful!」

「I expect more from a Comfort Inn. The bedspread was both dirty on the edges and torn. It was white in color which made the dirt easy to see. The floor in the room had small peices of paper lying about which indicated it had not been vacumed. We had only one bath towel in the bathroom to accompany two hand towels and two washcloths. The staff were pleasant and helpful but obviously the standard for this motel below what it should have been.」
