「We are greeted on check in by receptionist Ms Kami who is very friendly and helpful. She also gives us suggestions on dining and places to visit. The hotel is a traditional one dating from early 1900s, but the facilities are modern. A beautiful lake is just outside the hotel. There’s an elevator and the room is spacious. Wifi is fast. The breakfast buffet has a large variety and eggs are served in any style as you wish. 」

「This hotel had provided a comfortable room with a double bed. It had free wifi and the wifi signal was strong. The washroom offered soap and bodywash, though it only had a shower. The frontdesk staff was not that proficient in English but still we could communicate. The hotel locates right opposite to the Schwerin HBF, and its pink color makes the hotel easily recognised. It is about 10 to 15 mins walk from the hotel to Rathaus and town centre.」

「Perfectly located for arriving by car and visiting Wismar. Parking was easy and free. We had a superior room which was very spacious with a large bathroom. The room had every facility you could want. Very pleased that there were no cushions on the bed, good quality bed linen and towels, charging points beside the bed and lots of storage space. The staff were lovely and the service was good, as was the breakfast. We had no complaints at all. 」
