Wir haben zwei Nächte im Hotel übernachtet. Es gat uns durchweg zugesagt. Das Zimmer im Erdgeschoss war geräumig sehr sauber. Die Ausstattung komplett, alles funktionierte. Hervorzuheben ist die Freundlichkeit des Servicepersonals. Frühstück und Restaurantangebot sind gut. Der Parkplatz war gut zu erreichen. Eine (öffentliche) Ladesäule Stecker Typ 2 befindet sich im Zufahrtsbereich. Der Bus ins Zentrum Schwerins fährt alle halbe Stunde. Die Haltestelle liegt in fußläufiger Entfernung.

Das Hotel hat eine super Lage in Bezug auf Ruhe, Nähe zur Natur und Entfernung zu Schwerin. Das Zimmer war sauber, gut eingerichtet und auch die Möglichkeit der Nutzung der Terrasse ausgezeichnet. Gut war auch , dass genügend Parkmöglichkeiten vorhanden waren und dafür nicht extra Gebühren anfielen. Das Frühstück war ausreichend, besonders gut waren die frischen Brötchen sowie das frische Brot.

Sauberes, ruhig gelegenes Hotel mit sehr netten, umsichtigen Mitarbeitern. Mit dem Bus kann man gut in die Innenstadt fahren.

Hotel Arte

Absolut super war die Rezeption beim Empfang. Das Hotel macht einen gepflegten schönen Eindruck. Die Zimmer hatten eine gute Größe und alles war sauber. Wir empfanden das Bett als zu schmal und durch die sommerlichen Temperaturen war das Zimmer auch ziemlich warm. Aber das ändert nichts am entspannten Aufenthalt. Parkplätze findet man vor dem Hotel und das Frühstück war ausreichend.

Ich war mit dem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden. Ein schönes und sauberes Zimmer, das Bad hatte eine angenehme Größe und die Aussicht war sehr schön. einziges Manko war, dass ein Handtuch einen dunklen Klecks in der Mitte hatte, welcher wahrscheinlich bei der letzten Wäsche nicht rausgewaschen wurde. Check in und Check Out waren auch nett und zügig. Das Restaurant ist ebenfalls sehr zu empfehlen.

Ländlich schön gelegen mit super Service

Ich habe sehr spät eingecheckt und bin sehr freundlich begrüßt worden. Das Restaurant hat bis 21 Uhr warme Küche und was ich gegessen habe, war hervorragend. Das Zimmer war sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Das Frühstück zwar schon etwas im oberen Preissegment, aber qualitativ herausragend. Von Rührei bis zum vegetarischen Aufstrich, von einer Räucherfisch-Platte bis zu selbstgemachten Fruchtaufstrichen und frischem Obst war wirklich für jeden etwas dabei. Kann das Hotel nur empfehlen!

Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis

Wir hatten ein schönes Zimmer im Erdgeschoss mit kleiner Terrasse. Das Zimmer war sauber und die Betten waren bequem. Parkplätze gab es ausreichend.

Wir können das Hotel nicht empfehlen. Für den Preis entspricht es definitiv nicht dem Standard eines vier Sterne Hotels. Zimmer sind Renovierungsbedürftig, Frühstück mit Aufbackbrötchen und wenig Auswahl. Wlan sollte besser gar nicht angeboten werden, so schlecht ist der Empfang. Alles in allem nicht empfehlenswert

Für eine Kurzreise völlig ok

Das Hotel ist einen Aufenthalt wert. Der Service ist sehr zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer war sauber, im Bad gefällt mir nicht, dass dort der Spiegel so weit vom Waschbecken entfernt ist. Der Makeup Spiegel ebenso. Hängend über Waschbecken oder WC ist es kein Vergnügen sich morgens zurecht zu machen. Das Licht reicht dort auch nicht entsprechend. Ich wollte dann auf den Spiegel im Zimmer ausweichen, aber auch hier war das Lichtproblem. Es wäre schön, wenn hier Abhilfe geschaffen werden würde. Leider ist dieses Problem in 3 von mir gebuchten Zimmern so. Zum Bett muss msn sagen, es ist hart, aber ich schlafe ganz gut darin.

Schöne Einrichtung

Das Hotel hat ein paar gute und ein mäßige Qualitäten vorzuweisen. Unschön ist der Empfang wenn die Rezeption nicht besetzt ist und man ein Schild vorfindet, dass man das Personal im Restaurant holen soll. Auch beim Auschecken war es vom persönlichen Kontakt her ausbaufähig. Die Zimmer sind angenehm eingerichtet, mal eine Abwechslung vom üblichen Hotelstandard, der Teppich in einwandfreiem Zustand, alles sehr sauber, Matratzenqualität sehr gut. Manko an der Einrichtung: es fehlt ein Schreibtisch für den Laptop - bei den zwei Stühlen steht ein Minitisch, aber dort ist keine Steckdose vorhanden. Die Duschwanne - an sich schon eine schreckliche Einrichtung - hat eine viel zu kurze Spritzvorrichtung, so dass einiges Wasser ins Badezimmer gelangt (wo aber ein zusätzlicher Abfluss vorhanden ist)
