「Der Empfang im Hotel war freundlich und auch das Personal war zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer sind schön, komfortabel und sauber. Das Abendessen war stets ausgezeichnet und uns wurde auch die Möglichkeit eingeräumt auf der Terrasse, anstatt wie vorgesehen in der Stube zu dinieren. Auf unsere Wünsche wurde stets eingegangen, weshalb ich das Hotel bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen kann. Auch die Lage ist Zentral und direkt neben der Seilbahn am Reiterkogel. Das lädt natürlich ein, sofort mit der Gondel auf...

「Lovely hotel and friendly staff , spa are was great, very clean and not busy at all. Food was good, Breakfast had a good selection and dinner had a nice choice of main courses and deserts. Location was brilliant, very close to ski lifts and in middle of village close to shops, bars and restaurants. 」

「Alles war ausgezeichnet angenehm! Probleme gab es nur bei der Bezahlung: Wir hatten doch die Rechnungssumme bei Buchung mit Kreditkarte bei Expedia zur Zahlung angewiesen. Trotzdem wurde der Betrag bei der Abreise im Hotel angefordert. Ist das richtig? Wird der Betrag von Expedia nicht eingezogen? Geben Sie mir bitte Bescheid!!! 」

「The cleanliness, privacy, spa, outdoor swimming pool which has the perfect temperature allowing us to swim for as long as we wanted and also the ski academy with slopes a few steps away! It was also a convenient 13 minute ride to city centre and also had a local shop nearby. The ski room and indoor shop were good as well. Food was of high quality, especially room service which often isn’t in some hotels. 」

「Det var en dejlig studio Appartement med flot udsigt over Salzachdalen og Hohe Tauern. Der var balkon og en fin lille køkken niche med køkkenudstyr, kogeplader, mikroovn, køleskab og en lille opvaskemaskine. Vi havde 3 dejlige feriedage. Vi fik også et gæstekort, det blandt gav adgang til Gross Glockner vejen, Krimmler vandfaldene, Gerlosspass og og et spændende mineral Museum. Værten var fantastisk velig og kom med gode råd til ture.」

「The staffs were friendly. Hotel facilities are top notch. Food services was excellent. Everything was near perfect except the Ski Shop in hotel. I understand the hotel may just leased the build to ski shop and the shop may not be a part hotel at all, but it doesn't match with hotel standards. The skis were outdated, no high end skis even they claimed they had, and didn't allow you return rental ski early for any reason.
