"Unfortunately this hotel is poorly managed. We had 2 rooms here for a girls weekend & there are MANY issues with the service. The front desk couldn’t find my reservations when I was checking in. I had to provide info & they recreated the bookings. To name a few other issues, the floors in the rooms are filthy. Housekeeping avoided servicing the room as much as possible. For my 3 night stay, we had one ‘partial’ service. The amenities in the room are not ideal- a cooler that hardly cools anything, few hangers, a shower door that doesn’t allow you to place a mat outside, no garbage in main bath area, hardly any TV channels to choose from as most have become “gray”, community ice without any scoop (sanitation issue/broken glass concerns)…shall I continue? We witnessed staff arguing at the lobby bar. 1 bartender servicing the entire lobby & restaurant. Food in the restaurant did not come out as ordered. Service in lobby/bar was beyond terrible. Trash in common areas as there was nobody working to pick up used items. Our second room wasn’t ready on time & it had cooler issues for my friend’s temperature sensitive medication. Shall I go on? Valet was efficient-the highlight of our trip. Carlos the bellman was friendly. Ritchie and Tyler in the restaurant are friendly & doing the best job they can given the circumstances. Phil at the bar needs more support so he isn’t unhinged. I got a measly resort fee credit. Great location.Too bad because it should be great for the price. "
