It was quiet, convenient to what I was there for, and the complimentary breakfast was terrific both mornings. The check in and check out staff were friendly and very efficient.
The sun rises at the back of the motel and I took my coffee back there to watch the sunrise. But, there was no bench or anything to sit on to watch it so I just had to stand the whole time.
Absolutely no complaints! Room was available at check in time. I had to call
for bath towels but staff delivered them (warm from the drier) less than 5 minutes later. Clean room, friendly staff.
The overall vibe of this hotel was very chill, quiet, comfortable yet not feeling empty. But it wasnt busy feeling either. Id give it an overall 4.5/5

Very average stay this time. Breakfast was acceptable each morning. Our bathroom smelled like the sewer was backing up not sure if Hotel was experiencing issues during the week we were there. Not pleasant at all. We had to keep the bathroom door closed all week
I basically got more bang for my buck. I usually pay the same amount for a deluxe room with a king bed at different hotels in Hobbs. But I love how a suite costs the same amount of money and there’s more space. Very friendly environment.
I want to commend C y n t h I a on her customer service, although she was new to the role, she did an exceptional job during check in/out and other concerns we had during our stay. I do need to advise any future guests that this hotel does NOT have a pool. The pictures and information on Expedia is incorrect and should be updated to reflect that there is no pool on this property. That is the reason why I gave it four stars. We would not have stayed there if we knew beforehand. C y n t h I a was very helpful to let us know we could go to one of their other properties and use their pool, which we did.
Let’s start by saying that I only stay in HH properties when I travel. I never had an issue of bad experience until yesterday.
We tried to check in earlier than 3 pm after being driving for 10 hours to get to HOBBS for my son college journey. The front desk staff “Brenda” welcomed us by saying that no rooms are available before 3pm as policy of checking in.
We had checked in when possible earlier than that plenty times but seems she didn’t care. She said that policy is that! Ok… we went to another hotel got a room so my son could take a shower and refresh before going to college.
Later we got that room at Hampton. Front desk lady was way better than the not compassionate one earlier.
Today I am loading some things in my car at 9 am and went back to get my other things and to my surprise the housekeeper had empty the bed and removed towels!
9 am so I went to “Brenda” who told me
Yesterday that no one checks out before 12 that my room was being clean! She said when housekeepers knock and you don’t respond they assume you checked out!
This staff member is the one who rudely yesterday said the opposite!
Absolutely unacceptable!
