This property is under renovation so theres the noise that starts early morning. The rooms have basic amenities which worked for us since we stopped overnight on the way to carslbad caverns. There are lots of good restaurants along the way. Breakfast was okay. Front desk staff were polite and courteous.

Clean & Nice Hotel Room

I purchased this hotel room for visiting friends. The room looked clean and nice. My friends said they slept well and enjoyed breakfast the next morning before I picked them up.

It’s n I win pictures. A lot of stuff is outdated and just the pictures make justice for it. Staff was great and room was clean. Water stopper in tub was broken

The property is currently under renovations, so some of this may change. First our room had no smoke detector, it did have sprinklers, so at least there is that. The room its self was pretty clean, although we had no soap in our room. The hallways, and the elevator defiantly could have used a cleaning. The staff was all very nice and helpful.

Hotel is in transition and remodel is good. Our room was clean, but still in need of remodel completion. Somethings cannot be upgraded because of the property's construction and layout. Our room was at the end of the hallway and our sleep was interrupted throughout the night from voices in the stairwell to slamming doors. Zero insulation for sound barriers. Some projects cannot be remodel and still be functional. 😔

The staff from the cleaning service to the front desk was amazing. So friendly and welcoming. The rooms were clean and fully stocked. Great over all experience.

Staff was friendly but the hotel was terrible. The key card hardly worked with out the "trick" giggling it just right. Room wasnt very clean, large gaps around door, terrible pillows.
