"This was one of my absolute favorite hotels Ive ever stayed at. The staff was beyond helpful but also not pushy. They had a quiet but comforting presence and treated their guests with great care. The rooms and grounds were spectacular, the food was great. Bavo FLC grand golf resort and spa we made a great choice staying with you!!"

"Kids & I enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt. Staff were attentive and responsive when engaging with our inquiries. Only feed back I have for improvement is the issue with the washroom ventilation system. There seems to be no venting fan and the washroom smelt of urine, stale air and a bit fishy at times, even when only te shower was used all day. Not sure how to remedy this as this is also a new building (2025). Maybe a scent Managment system?"

"Very unique style rooms, compact but comfortable, clean, with lots of techy details for lighting, curtains etc. Reception staff was pleasant and welcoming, they helped us book a car to the airport. Great breakfast with both traditional and western choice of food."

"Everything was fine with my stay. However, I booked for 5 nights but my stay was cut short and I only was able to stay for 3 nights. It is their slow season and the hotel looked to be less than half full. So they were NOT going to lose any revenue from my cancellation as the room would not have been booked anyway. When I asked for any type of compensation as in a refund I was told their policy is to not issue any refunds. Not even a company credit for a future use. So I'm done with this...
