Perfect spot for our first visit

I would highly recommend this place for any traveler. Great location. Easy walk into Tam Coc and bike ride to Mua Cave. Pool and view are great to relax and escape the heat. Rooms are wonderful.

The property is appropriate for the number of stars it has. The staff is friendly but really try to push dining at the hotel. Beds were comfortable and room was overall clean. Nothing super negative to say. Average hotel but given very limited options in the area don’t regret staying there. Breakfast is ok as well.

A charming hotel in the rural area of Ninh Binh, walking Distance to Tam Cốc and market and restaurants. There’s a restaurant in site with a variety of food. The staff are very friendly and attentive.

This hotel is one of the best hotels that you can find in this area. The staff members were so friendly and helpful. It is located near the main road and you can find restaurants, bars and businesses within a walking distance. I recommend this hotel to anyone, you won’t be disappointed.

Thee place to stay when visiting

Exceptional hotel, perfect location. Our room was beautiful and the view from my window was spectacular. It sits at the beginning of the road, full of restaurants and bars and many things to see and do. Annie The receptionist was most welcoming and accommodating. She is always running around making sure everybody is happy.

I had very pleasant stay. Excellent service, very friendly and helpful staff - engaged with guests to get to know them and make them feel like home. Breakfast buffet was good, got free bikes to ride around - some of the bikes probably unsafe and needed of service/replacement. Overall, I am very happy with it.

Our stay at the Hidden Charm was amazing. The service was impeccable, they had great tour packages that included a private tour guide and transportation services which made the experience highly enjoyable and worry free. The property has plenty of amenities, we came at a colder and rainier time but could see how this would be an even more amazing stay with warmer and sunnier weather. It’s walking distance to restaurants and bars. Would highly recommend this hotel if you’re looking for the Ninh Binh, White Lotus experience!

It was wonderful. Hotel looks new and clean. Although breakfast options are limited and almost the same every day. It would be nice if they can change it up a bit every day especially the main pho dish. Other hotels we’ve stayed at have a different main dish every day.

Beautiful hotel with a nice view and pool. The couples massage we had at the spa was excellent! Highly recommend getting one, they have magic hands. Reception is quick to respond to any of your needs. Breakfast is ok, omelets were good but coffee could be better. They had many other options, just none of them suited us.

The hotel staff excelled in customer service. Our every need was attended to professionally and with a smile. The property was clean and tidy and beautifully maintained. This is probably the nicest hotel in the entire area. Location of the hotel was very convenient. There are many restaurants, coffee shops, and convenience stores in the area. It is a short 500 m walk to the boat launch bay for the Tam Coc water excursion.

Extra touches to make our day special !!

We came to Ninh Bình and celebrated our 32nd wedding anniversary and stayed in this charming hotel . The hotel prepared a surprise for us and we really appreciated the effort to make this day special for us. Hotel staff speaks English and we would like to give a shout out to Harry who checked us in and provided us with information to kick off our stay in Ninh Binh. Harry and his team made us feel welcomed and we enjoyed our short stay in Ninh Binh . We are surprised though that there is no car rentals in Ninh Binh just bicycle and motorcycle rental.
