「Rooms were clean, had a mini fridge which is actually usually hard to find in NYC. Even had free coffee which again is not common in nyc. I liked not having to interact with staff 」

「Valet parking was excellent. Free parking was included. Street area in front of hotel was reserved for loading, unloading and valet parking drop off. Check in was easy. Stayed on second floor. Quiet. Ice machine on that floor.」

「I have brought my 1.5 year old baby girl to stay in Chambers. The heater was out while the outside temperature was below zero. Clark's feedback was cold as well, he told us to turn off air condition to gether warm air instead of changing room. Not to mention the actual room did meet the picture shown here (room looked old and bed is smaller than expected). We check out the very next day instead of three days that originally planned, and did paid the first night. Overall bad experience!!!」
