This is a nice hotel with winderful staff. Mr. Phillip, our doorman was akways there to help us with our luggages. Ms. Rose was helpful and attentive with our check in . Ms. Teresa kept our room clean each day with housekeeping. We had great breakast every morning and Ms. Lindy and Ms. Tammy provided us with delicious food and amazing service.

Room was not the same as the photos. First room we got had mould in bathroom and smelt. Got moved to a smaller room for one night which was terrible. Hot water not working, bed uncomfortable. So many nicer looking hotels to stay in the area.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel.. Grace has exceptional English and I was very impressed with how much she went above and beyond for me to ensure my stay was pleasant. Grace also helped me find my phone that I had left behind and and delivered to me the very next day. She is truly a blessing to your team and white Lotus you are very lucky to have her.

Convenient location within district 1, there are bus stops within 10-15 min walking for airport shuttle. The breakfast was good as well.

This is the 3rd hotel I stayed at in Saigon and it’s the one I decided to base. The location is great, not super noisy like down by walking street, lots of good food in the area, especially in Japan town which is a short walk. Also Iberico up the street. Staff here has been always helpful. My cleaning lady, Victoria got a stain out of my gym shirt that cleaning services never could. She is a gift to the hotel. I booked the larger room with tub, two shower areas and nice windows to the street with king bed. All very comfortable. For the price it can’t be beat!!

Loved my stay
Amazing and friendly staff. Their service was better than some other 3.5 star hotels I've stayed at before. I felt comfortable staying in my room or in the lobby when bored. Rooms were more comfortable than i had expected too.

This hotel is good in general, the room is spacious, location is convenient for walking or eating around. The breakfast is not good enough, maybe due to COVID so they don't have many different dishes for guests to try.

My stay was good except that I booked a room for two people and because my girlfriend is a Vietnamese lady they charged an extra $10 for her to enter the hotel which I thought was unfair and also made her feel like she was a prostitute. I moved to a different hotel and they did not charge any extra because she was Vietnamese

Good location within walking distance to city centre. Clean spacious room quite and peaceful. Distance to airport is not too far away, Major hotels are around the vicinityand finding food is no problem. Strongly recommended.

Hotel fully booked when I arrived
I arrived at the hotel and was told that it was fully booked. I asked about the refund to my credit card and was told that it will happen in the next few days. It has been already two weeks, and I have not received my refund. I contacted Hotels.com 2-3 days after the incident, they told me they contacted the hotel and would get back to me. I did not receive from Hotels.com either an email or a case number, and I am still waiting for my refund.

Loved the location, close to downtown, famous market and attractions yet located in a quiet street. The bathroom was not clean, toilet seat had pee on it when lifting it up, I cleaned it with Lysol wipes. Breakfast which was included was nothing out of the ordinary, one morning the ran out of bread, next guests who came in after us had no toast. Restaurant staff at breakfast didn’t seem very friendly or caring, they were cleaning the floors while guests weee having breakfast. Front desk staff was very helpful and friendly.

Nice hotel in a good location in district 1, as a young couple we walked everywhere (except to the bus terminal) but the hotel will also readily assist in getting taxis. On a street a bit off from the Ho Chi Minh walking street (posh area) with some construction going on but not disruptive. The only negative and I am sorry if I offended her in some way, but the woman on the egg station at breakfast scowled at me and my partner every morning and never smiled when I said hello.... not quite sure how we offended her so badly but by our third morning we were self conscious of her looks toward us. Nothing against the hotel though, the reception staff went above and beyond to help us. Rooms spacious and clean.

DO NOT STAY here unless you are paying $60 /night!
First of all they were charging outrageous rate for what we did not see was a 3star hotel..we booked as absolutely nothing available in Saigon.. we assumed has to be good/ decent for the $250/ night they were charging..Then they didn’t have our rooms available when we arrived at 8pm, said air con was not working and had booked us at another hotel around the corner! We were taken round the corner to a $60 night hotel, they gave us their best rooms which just meant big but really dirty n crazy noisy with construction right in front.. just a joke. We went back to Lotus in am n said this was completely not right n wanted the difference refunded.. we said we would pay $100 per room for other hotel but not more.. showed them the rate sheet (it was a $60/night rack rate! Confirmed by front desk) They refused any refund! We felt completely conned by the hotel n are disputing the CC charges. They are completely unethical n should not be allowed to advertise such crazy rates on your site for a 3star hotel.. it’s ridiculous!

This is a Small 2-3 Star hotel located in District 1, near the Saigon River. The staff are friendly. The room is quite acceptable with supply of kettle, coffee, tea, bottled water and clean. The bathroom is clean and provide guests with normal items like tooth brush, soap,shampoo....and CLEAN towels!!! The location is quite acceptable, as most places of interests are around District 1; except the BINH TAY MARKET, which is quite a distance from the hotel. However, the taxis or motorcycle rides are reasonable, so if one is not keen to visit the BINH TAY MARKET on foot, can always use these transports; but a word of WARNING use only the REPUTABLE Taxis (example: VINA), else you be taken round the town and charged excessively!!! The buffet breakfast is acceptable.

I stayed in a large room at great price. Room is very clean. Sheets are in averaged condition. After one night I pulled sheet and blanket out. They replaced in. Breakfast is ok. Staffs are professional.

Unfortunately there is construction on both sides of this hotel, Up to 24 hours daily. The staff try their best but cannot control the noise. I could not recommend this hotel for at least 2 years until both new buildings are complete.
