I picked the hotel because it has the same phonetic name as my daughter but we were greatly disappointed. The receptionist could not find my reservation and I showed him my reservation numerous times. They claimed I did not reserve 3 rooms when I showed them it says I clearly did. I did not feel safe with my daughter there being around the area. We were also given the last room down a dark hallway, we didn't feel safe. Our bedsheets were dirty and the towels were terrible towels. Upon checking out they said they do not take cards and it's cash only. It was our last day there and we were out of cash money, luckily my mother had some left. Even then, the receptionist lady charged us twice because she said she calculated it incorrectly. I couldn't understand English all that well and asked my husband to translate. Safe to say, we will not stay here again nor will we recommend it to anyone!

This hotel was close to the air port. staff was friendly. There is not much to walk to near the hotel itself. The breakfast was just okay. The room smelled like cigarettes even though there was a no smoking sign in room.

Good for a stop over between flights
Rooms were clean, comfortable and spacious and had everything you need. Love that the bathroom had a window and a separate shower rather than a wet room. The bedroom itself only has a small window so there’s not a lot of natural light but it’s fine. Beds are comfortable - we got a good nights sleep! Ideally situated for the airport so a great hotel for a stop over. I’m not sure I would recommend it as good value for money in comparison to other hotels we have stayed in within Vietnam. Hotel staff were not keen to let you check in before 2pm, however after waiting for a little while in the reception area super early, one staff member offered us the room early for an extra fee as they didn’t want us occupying the sofa area (didn’t receive a receipt for this). Couldn’t comment on breakfast due to an early flight.

Trip to HCMC
Not a luxury resort or hotel, but an excellent place to stay. Very pleasant and considerate manager. Wonderful receptionists, security and cleaning staff. Free breakfast is good. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Beds are little firm for me. Rooms already have international power outlets, outlet convertors not needed. 24 hour room service. No 24 hour shuttle but guard can flag down one many of passing taxis or use Uber. Close to airport, restaurants and shopping.

Very nice stay so great hotel and staff!
So great to stay at Vivian Hotel! Was staying here three days, and the staff are so amazing and great! The room is very clean and nice with good size, and good aircondition, TV and with a nice bathroom with rain shower. The morning food are great with noodle soup and coffee! A great hotel to stay at with many shops and grocery shops close-by that are open around the clock! Airport also very close to the Hotel. Will absolutely come back here and will recommend to stay at Vivian Hotel!

空港からタクシーで5分ぐらい。 金額は2000円ぐらいで格安。 目の前の通りはそこまで大通りではないので静か。 この立地と金額と設備なら十分満足

Endroit idéal pour passer une nuit et partir le lendemain matin pour prendre son vol, je l'ai donc choisi parce qu'il était très proche de l'aéroport. Tout est impeccable, propre et moderne, sauf : = réception : il ne trouvait pas ma réservation = petit déjeuner : pas de couteau, pas de confiture, pas de beurre mais de la margarine, café viet trop fort et imbuvable, pas de lait frais. Mais globalement cet hôtel a une note "excellent".

空港に近くて便利で清潔
空港に近く、朝早い便などにとても便利です。設備は価格の割にはきれいで不潔さを感じることはありません。フロントもきちんと要望に対応してくれます。

El hotel esta muy cerca del aeropuerto y me quede una noche allí porque estaba muy bien situado, no esta pegado a una avenida con lo cual no es ruidosa la zona. La cama muy cómoda, el aire acondicionado va muy bien y el baño muy limpio. En definitiva muy bien.
