Some of the best service received in decades! All staff were incredible! However, Khang the doorman and Thao the concierge/ checkin person provided the most client friendly and accommodating service received in many many years!!! Really deserve all the best in their careers now and in the future!!!

This is a great hotel and the staff are among the friendliest of any in the world. They allowed us to check in early, upgraded my room w/o me requesting it, and even gave us a complimentary bottle of wine for my partner’s birthday. I didn’t tell them. They just saw it on her passport so it was a welcome surprise.

The staff at this joint are absolutely 15/10.. attentive personalised service with glowing brilliant attitudes. Absolutely lovely! We were greeted by staff with some information about the area and allowed the check in early. The buffet breakfast daily and complimentary afternoon tea was perfect every time! The location is perfect too. Walking distance to all of the central attractions. Just stay here. You won't regret it.

I'd stay again for sure.
I travel for work quite a lot and decided to give this Japanese style hotel a go and I'm glad I did. The Japanese style is all about attention to detail, efficiency and service so it was a great stay. The little roof bar and pool is cool, and the complimentary snacks and drink on arrival just makes you feel good. Nice work guys. The use of the word gym is a bit of a stretch with a running machine and a handful of weights outside on the roof but i say flag the gym as it's too hot anyway so sit at the bar and have a drink. Cheers!

Brilliant hotel for our Xmas stay
Hotel is in a good location not far from the sites & attractions. The staff were attentive to all our needs & welcomed us with fresh towel & drinks. Rooftop pool/jacuzzi was great with a chilled vibe with great views. Room had everything expected. Shower was lovely!!

Great smaller hotel in Little Tokyo -- loved having a 7/11 across the street and lots of sushi options near by. I was upgraded to a room overlooking the street which I loved to people watch and see daily life. Great layout of the room, bathroom, and seating area/desk. Breakfast looked good, but I didn't take full advantage and I should have. As a solo traveler I felt safe walking around alone at night - lots of shopping/dining options. I got a massage, but it wasn't a private room, which i prefer.

Its a very beautiful n well maintained property managed by very helpful n ever smiling staff. Roof top bar n pool was excellent managed by ayoung n smart bar tender. The Spa was also nice. My favorite place in Saigon, this time I travel with my son and he was so happy in Sayko, loves the decoration remaining Japanese Zen, loves the small piscine (just a remark need to be careful as is slippery and sharp for adults, just imagine for kids is a hazzard), the staff excellent and helpful, they help us to storage luggage in the hotel, just an amazing stay, feel like home, and thank you for care about my family

Friendly and very helpful staff. Room could be a bit larger—didn’t feel like 300sqft. Shower pressure and soft water was great after a hot and steamy day. Toilet room could be more spacious. I’m 5’5” and my knees almost touched the sliding door. The staff service more than make up for the small room.

Awesome hotel and location
Lovely and clean hotel. The entire staff was so friendly and helpful but not overbearing. Loved the live music during tea time/ happy hour. The breakfast buffet was amazing. Definitely one of my favorite hotels to stay in while in HCM/Saigon.

I felt at home here at this hotel. Lovely staff, beautiful people. The location was perfect, lots of options for different cuisines. The hotel is also walking distance from the shopping malls. There is also delicious afternoon tea every afternoon from 2pm, a great treat. You wouldn’t go wrong choosing this hotel

Great Hotel! Very quiet. Nice neighborhood with lots of great Japanese and Korean restaurants nearby. Easy to grab a taxi and go deeper into the city if that’s your thing. Hotel Spa is great! Hotel breakfast is great! Great!

The staff at this hotel are amazing and the location in the middle of a nice area for entertainment in the heart of district one. They have free drinks and food in the afternoon with traditional music. Things to improve and I did not like: 1. There is not a bathroom in the room. There is a sink next to the bed and there is a bathtub in the middle of the bedroom. I prefer more traditional separate bathrooms. 2. Breakfast had very good Pho and eggs but did not have the “basic” for a European. No cornflakes (there was some old cereal not good), no orange juuce (I tried to ask but at first they did not understand and then they said politely no), no cappuccino (just burnt and boiled coffee, terrible). After breakfast I had to go out next door to a nice coffee shop to get a decent coffee. 3. There is not a real spa. They should take out the Spa from their name. If you call the number for the spa you find in the room they offer you to send you a taxi for free to take you to the spa. On the top there is a massage room but the massage is quite bad and it does not look like a spa at all.
