Our stay here was perfect and I would thoroughly recommend it as your base when visiting Ho Chi Minh City.
Emily and the team were wonderful - anything you could possibly need, they were always on hand and consistently went above and beyond. We had originally booked different accommodation which was stressfully cancelled as soon as we landed from the UK. We then stayed somewhere else for the first night which was truly horrendous, so we arrived here already feeling quite deflated… but the moment we got to The NiK Hotel, everything changed.
It was absolutely perfect.
We booked a Premier Double Room on the 10th floor and it was gorgeous. I later mentioned I preferred a different rooms view (I saw it when they were cleaning) and they immediately moved me - with a smile and making it feel like no trouble at all.
Breakfast was good - not a huge amount of options (I’m vegetarian) but the fruit was very fresh and they’ll make eggs how you choose, breakfasts and brunch spots in HCM are always my preference but if you’re in a rush - you have everything you’d need to start the day. I would’ve loved a few more coffee options, but that’s really being picky.
I believe they’re adding a pool in the summer, which will make it even better for those hot days. Location-wise, it’s ideal - everything is within walking distance or a quick Grab ride away.
Overall, amazing value for money in a perfect area. If we come back to Ho Chi Minh City, we will 100% be staying here again
