The location was very convenient with a 7-Eleven, pharmacy, and a restaurant downstairs. Nice views from the room, and everything in the room was comfortable. There was even a washing machine, a microwave, and a small range to cook on. The hotel is just across the river from some of the more popular districts, but I found it easy to walk or take a cab there within a few minutes. Please note that you have the contact the host once you book, and she will provide you check in information through WhatsApp. Do this before your trip to avoid any mishap. Once I got in contact with the host, she was very responsive and flexible. I would stay here again.

The roaches. Absolute infestation. I killed four my first day there, right after settling my luggage down. I had to killed a couple dozen over my stay. I asked my friend who been to Vietnam several times and she said that’s not normal at all. I loved everything else though. Macy is actually an excellent host. The washing machine was my favorite part. It washes and dries, no detergent needed. It’s so cool! And she has an actual smart tv. No idea why the apartment building has such a bad roach problem.

8歳、13歳と私の3人旅でコンドミニアムタイプを探しており、こちらにお世話になりました。毎晩飲み歩くわけではないので、ローカルなお店も多いこのエリアは最高の立地でした。建物の一階にはコンビニもあり、便利でした。車寄せがあったので、グラブを利用する際も安全に乗り降りでき、次回もここにお世話になりたいです。オーナーがリアルなおすすめを教えてくれたのは、ホテルのコンシェルジュより有益でした！

The host isn't contactable, she doesn't reply phones call. Even she is busy, she should respond that I have to wait a moment. This is service industry. Check in details are not there, You can't find Macy apartments. She did not give me instruction how to check in. Lobby A or Lobby B. All the receptions there don't know who is Macy Apartment! You felt like you have just been scammed!

poor hospitality services.

Check in details are missing! No instructions given to guests, where is the reception and who to contact. Macy Apartment isn't the real apartment name, the real name is River Gate residences. There is no daily cleaning of the rooms. They did not clean it until we called. The apartment is nice, but the services is very poor.
