This place is so wonderful that I decided to come back after my trip to Northern Vietnam. The place is very clean. They have a small kitchen with a fridge and a microwave which is very convenient. Staff is super friendly and helpful. They help me with my luggage up and down the front steps. They also have washer and dryer in the building so you can do your own laundry. The location is excellent. There are many stores and businesses within walking distance so you can find anything you need from water bottles to a sim card to a cup of coffee, etc. I can't recommend this place enough
