Stayed a 2nd round for 3 nights. It’s close to the airport. Free shuttle transport to and from the airport. Rooms were designed conveniently. The food is decent. Breakfast buffet had a variety of food. I’d come back again.

From the second we arrived onto the property, we were treated with tremendous respect and friendliness until the moment we left. Such an amazing place! Besides the care received, I particularly enjoyed the fitness center and pool. I cannot speak highly enough of my experience. Five star treatment, five star facilities, and five star accommodation. Would never stay here again - airport shuttle is only every 1.5 hours. Also, with traffic in the morning, was a 30 minute taxi to the airport! Food offerings limited, beds pretty hard, and the noise and honks from the street kept us up

Great staff, very clean and beautiful room/hotel. Conveniently a few minutes from airport. We had to wait 30 minutes for pick up shuttle and decided to take a cheap taxi ride to hotel instead. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel charged us unknown us unknown amount and did not reverse the charge until we made multiple attempts. This was from a poor quality of staff’s operation. Also, the food we had for lunch at only their restaurant was over priced and seemed to be a left over from breakfast buffet. Fried rice was dry and tasteless.

Rooms were old, mattress overused, felt like falling over the side when trying to sleep, some items were dusty, carpet smelled musty and this was a suite room! But on the good side, staff was friendly, speak fluent English and service was excellent. Good buffet breakfast spread.

The hotel is just a few minutes from the airport. The hotel in in the city so it is a very busy outside of the hotel. We used taxi service for all excursions.

Rooms were nice enough just a bit dated. Bed/pillows were very comfortable. Staff very attentive and friendly. My only complaint would be the fee charged for the breakfast buffet. 350k VND per person seems a bit steep, even for Saigon. I would stay there again.

The Holiday Inn & Suites Saigon Airport is an amazing hotel with an affordable price. Everything about the hotel - the room; staff; restaurants; pool; etc. are fantastic. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

A very good hotel
Stayed there on the first and last day of our trip. We had room service for lunch and supper because i was sick . Pho were so good and the staff sending the meals to us were all so polite. We checked out after breakfast buffet the next morning. Everything was smooth and quick. The receptionist informed the bell boy on the ground floor to call a taxi for us to the airport. When we arrived the ground floor, we were greeted by the bell boy and the taxi came very soon. We were very impressed by the staff's efficiency and their dedication to work. Thank all the staff in this hotel!

The hotel staff was extremely gracious about our quarantine there, and the room service personnel inquired about our health with caring and concern. The quality of the food was less than stellar, however.
