"The property does not look anything like the photos, a classic bait and switch tactic. There were insects crawling around restroom sink. Mold around restroom sink and in the shower. The apartment was not ready at 2pm when check in time was said to be 2pm. We were told to pay by cash only at the reception which was not mentioned anywhere when we booked the place."

"Clean room, great location in the city center that we can walk to shops and restaurants (less than 15 min walk). The host was very helpful; she responded to our question and addressed the issue immediately. The check in process was a bit confusing since there was no front desk person but when we figured out what we were supposed to do, this became easy. We enjoyed our stay and would book this again next time we come visit Saigon."
