「非常適合家庭入住^^不用擔心會互相干擾.我最怕玄關門外面有吵鬧因為她有客廳裏面有兩個房間.有緩衝所以很安靜.小孩在睡覺.大人可以在客廳看電視.這是一般旅館很少有的.可惜一點我們住哪間外面住家有養鳥所以有鳥叫但這是公寓沒辦控制的相信其他房間應該很好.環境最好的是外面車子不多所以安靜可是只要走出巷子就是鬧區.非常好..胡志明市的所有景點對我都算是在附近.超級建議來住」

「Overall, it was a good stay. Most annoying part is the resident card they give you will not allow you to access the building itself, have to wait for a resident or staff to open it. The front desk staff at Vinhomes are a separate entity from the building you’re staying at so they won’t open the door for you which is annoying 」

「Our stay began with an unexpected inconvenience. When we arrived to check in on the 23rd, our host informed us that the unit we originally booked was unavailable due to an issue, so we were moved to a different unit in Vinhomes Landmark 1 with a similar layout. Unfortunately, the replacement unit showed its age. The TV was broken, the microwave didn’t work, the master bedroom had a noticeable smoke odor, and two of the living room chairs broke simply from sitting on them. The good news is that...

「入住順利，房東也會即時解決問題，除了客浴的馬桶噴水會一直漏水，其他都很好，有廚房洗衣機可以使用，樓下也有1家便利商店，旁邊就是地標81,飲食購物，都很便利，我們在那住了5天，感覺很舒適！」

「Everything was great. The host is attentive when needed but if you plan to use the pool or gym facilities you will need to be let in by the host. Not a problem aslong as you give 30 minutes ahead of time you need to use it.」

「The property does not look anything like the photos, a classic bait and switch tactic. There were insects crawling around restroom sink. Mold around restroom sink and in the shower. The apartment was not ready at 2pm when check in time was said to be 2pm. We were told to pay by cash only at the reception which was not mentioned anywhere when we booked the place.」

「いきなりチェックイン時に別の建物の部屋に変更させられタクシーで移動。その部屋は設備が不十分で、クレームを入れたがウォーターサーバーは最後まで届かなかった。ベランダは汚くゴキブリの死骸が散乱していた。一番不便なのはエレベーター用のカードキーが支給されず、エレベーターを使用する度に警備員が所持しているカードキーでタッチして貰わなければ行き先階を押せません。 おすすめしません！」
