「Very spacious room, thought without a kitchen. Around 30 mins walk from the train station to reach the apartment, but can be reached by public transport as well. Few mins walk to the to the old town and can reach the supermarket in 2 mins. I needed to catch a train at 06:30 the next day and the staff was flexible enough to prepare the breakfast for me the night before. Highly recommended!」

「Living Room 之吊燈及桌上檯燈壞了,飯店僅表示須修理 付了Suite價錢卻只有臥室可用 無電梯,需提大又重行李爬樓梯 大大浴室卻小小洗臉台,放個滑滑的肥皂水玻璃瓶 果然半夜碰到摔破,發了一小時清理以免腳傷 隔晨主動告知旅館,卻被索賠20歐元 最後以10歐元成交(一個玻璃瓶)」

「The reception and bar staff as superb, the hotel is jn a central location, easy to access and rooms can be accessed by lift or stairs. The breakfast buffet is 5stars - so much choice for continental choice - full English is not a tradition here so please don’t expect black pudding and beans as it’s continental but the food is perfect. The rooms were not cleaned daily - although we are clean, maybe fresh towels on the 3rd day would have been nice. Also we had to ask for pillows. The spa...

「房間超小，有點不乾淨，沒有窗，只有屋頂兩個不能開的小窗，沒有陽光，空氣很差，地點離火車站和舊城區大概10分鐘尚可，但是附近只有一個公園，晚上很黑很靜。服務還挺好，雖然有點慢，而且酒吧餐廳晚上9點就關門，附近沒有餐廳商店，一定要走到市中心有點不方便。電視要入密碼很麻煩。」

「由於前一天與同事同住"標準套房, 1 張標準雙人床和 1 張沙發床"的房型，所以相對來說"標準雙人房, 1 張標準雙人床"好多了，只是Roca飯店若是商務需求的話，建議至少要有多孔的插座或延長線；另外洗手台旁邊就不要當書桌使用，因為檯面偏淺；最後浴室的隔板胖一點的人會有點困難，廁紙感覺放很久了，還好有一盒面紙；若有價錢等因素，可以試試」
