「 I recently stayed at your hotel and unfortunately, my experience was not entirely positive. The hotel is located too close to the highway, and the windows do not provide adequate soundproofing. As a result, the noise from the traffic was extremely disruptive, making it difficult to sleep or relax. 「This property was one of the best we’ve been to. It was a block to the beach, and they had free bikes to use. Santa Barbara has a long lovely bike path along the beach. Breakfast was good. The staff was very helpful. We definitely hope to stay here again!」
