「The Village is in a great location. Unit was clean and comfortable. Major problem is that you advertise free parking and they do not comply with that. You need to fix that and I also blame The Village management as they should have honored what you advertised seeing the are affiliated with you. The staff where not helpful. 」

「Loved how close it is to the center of town. We walked everywhere. Only time we used the car was grocery shopping. This was a nice size property for a 3 night trip. Nice size living/dining and kitchen. I agree with some other comments that it is a bit tired looking, cabinets are scratched and worn, floor trim is broken. But that didn't deter from having a nice time.」

No air conditioning, but we've been able in previous years to manage with a box fan, but it was just too hot this year. They offered swamp coolers, which they delivered promptly, but no instructions! 「The best night’s sleep I had during a week long road trip! The unit is very good, the bed is spectacular (even though it’s a Murphy bed). The location rocks. The complex is due for some much needed seasonal maintenance. The hot tub needs an overhaul. Otherwise, great stay!」

「Perfect location for enjoying all that downtown Breckenridge has to offer. Room overlooked the Blue River facing East toward Main Street. Relaxing sounds of the water combined with beautiful scenery, wonderful weather, and location made this a great getaway from the heat and humidity back home.」

「Our unit was a 2BR plus loft with 3 full baths. The master has a King, the 2nd bedroom has two queens and the loft/den area has a queen size bunk bed. Both bedrooms and the loft/den are on the second floor of the unit. The unit was quite comfortable, but does not have air conditioning should you be visiting in the summer. The unit was clean but shows some signs of age and the bathrooms while adequate are not fancy. Parking in the garage, while tight for larger vehicles (we had a GMC Yukon)...

「We really enjoyed our stay. We were disappointed with the women who was at the front desk when we checked in. She wasn't friendly and was condescending in regards to questions we had about our stay. Later when we went to the pool there was a gentleman at the desk and he was very helpful, our ice maker wasn't working and he got us a bag of ice. He was very pleasant.」
