"Left to our own devices: a security nightmare.
Unfortunately, I must strongly advise against staying at this property; the experience was traumatic and the emergency management was nonexistent.
During our stay, we experienced an unacceptable incident: the inside handle on our room door came off, trapping us inside the room around dinner time. We experienced moments of pure panic, so much so that we considered calling the fire department, fearing we wouldn't be able to get out in an emergency....
