Beautiful property, location and staff.
Very clean and comfortable. There are not too many eateries close by, though 5 guys the hamburger place in B1 is brilliant... best burgers i have ever tasted. The cleaners are very prompt and efficient. Overall a very enjoyable stay. The hotel has a well stocked supermarket in the basement and the Swan Restarant has a superb buffet breakfast for $218HK.
My only gripe is that there is no bar, but you can buy alcohol in the supermarket.

Great central location, close to restaurants, shopping, transport, and sights. Room, although small, is comfortable and clean. Staff is very nice and helpful. Will stay here again.

Staff not able to answer simple questions like " where is a good place to exchange my money?" They have a shuttle bus the makes 5 stops but provide NO map so you have no idea where the bus stops are.
