"I liked the trolly transportation tgat took you to the various sites on the resort, that was a plus. I did not like however, the moldy smell in the room. When I complain they quickly placed a dehumidifier in the room which helped a lot but I had to empty the water when it was filled and it didn’t entirely remove the odor. Also I complained about being bitten by mosquitoes IN THE ROOM. They told me they would spray it. Don’t know if they did but we had mosquito bites in the room each day we stayed there. That was not acceptable."

"First time here at this resort. I traveled alone just because I wanted to get time for some serene, peace and quiet. This trip did just that. My room was ok. There was no hand soap and only had one towel, no wash cloth. I didn’t mind though just asked for some more towels. Food was ok, nothing to do back flips over and just like any other all inclusive resort. Made reservations to the Cut steakhouse, food and experience was trash so I ended up leaving and going to the buffet. The hibachi restaurant was excellent. Dined there twice. I had a deep tissue massage and that, along with the whole spa experience was 10/10. The property is beautiful and well maintained, staff was for the most part a pleasure. All the other little things didn't warrant attention. Oh.. and it’s super close to the airport. I will be returning before the end of the summer for certain."

"It would have been helpful if upon check in that staff told us the steak restaurant was closed during our stay, and that some restaurants were on “rotation” which mean some nites they could be open, and others they could close. You don’t know till that day. Staff was very polite, helpful and cheery. Grounds were maintained . I suggest a swim out room. Only 20 dollars more, it was nice to just open your sliders have a patio and have pool right there. Also there’s no elevators so ground floor is the way to go. 4 stars"
