"This was me and my girlfriend’s second time coming here this year and we love it. Really no complaints at all, friendly staff, clean room, food is good, love the swim up bar, and the beach is right there. I would recommend getting the excellence club package when choosing your room! Additionally, if you’re a gym goer the gym is really nice here basically has everything you need. Would also recommend if you’re looking for a nice calm resort with no kids but occasional concerts. Not really a party resort but there is a club where you’ll have tons of fun and good music you can also recommend songs."

"I really enjoyed the benefits for the platinum guest, so I would definite recommend that option. The different type of restaurants available for dinner was great and even the general dining area had vast variety of food for even the pickiest of eaters. The service and the warm, friendly greeting of the staff wherever you go made the stay most enjoyable."

"The property is beautiful and well maintained. Our butler Rodney was amazing, he helped us with all of our wishes. The food could’ve been better. The were lot of options but nothing was that tasty to be honest. The hotel is nice, the staff is friendly, the drinks are good. If you don’t mind the food being mid, you’ll have a good time."

"We had a great stay at this resort. The property was beautiful, the staff were friendly, and the rooms and amenities exceeded our expectations. The only downside was that the food at a few of the restaurants was just okay and didn’t quite match the overall quality of the resort. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this resort."

"I would not stay at this resort again. The room was very dirty, with stains on the bed sheets and an ant infestation. The food was disappointing overall and lacked quality. This resort seems geared toward college-aged guests who are looking to party nonstop. If you're not young and there to party, I would recommend staying somewhere else. Throughout my stay, it was common to see people intoxicated and even throwing up in the lobby. The RIU pool parties were extremely overcrowded. Getting a drink at the bar felt nearly impossible because of the long lines and the number of people packed into the area. Even the beach was disappointing, as the sand and surrounding areas did not appear clean. I will admit that the chicken curry served at the beach was excellent—that was probably the highlight of the trip. Overall, I would give this resort 1 out of 5 stars. You get what you pay for, and unfortunately this experience did not meet my expectations."

"It was a great relaxing resort. I went for a girls trip. The buffet is only open for breakfast and lunch but you do have the option to try different restaurants for dinner, it is first come first serve though. The food is good. The pools were very nice and beach as well. The waves were a bit strong when i went but please know there will be Sargassum seaweed, the staff does work hard and quick to remove so people can enjoy. They do have some events at night everything mostly finishes by 11:30pm. if you decide to leave the hotel at night please use the hotel's transportation service for a fee. The strip to go out at night is about 30 minutes away. For excursions as well. The rooms are spacious and very lovely. Overall i definitely recommend this hotel if you're looking to relax and enjoy a calm trip. Their spa is excellent i did the excellence massage and loved it so much."
