"Overall, we had an enjoyable stay, but unfortunately not one we would repeat. The drinks were consistently good, and the bartenders were always in a great mood, creating a welcoming atmosphere throughout the resort. The coffee bar was another highlight, offering several enjoyable options and excellent service. In general, the staff at the bars were very kind, friendly, and helpful. The food, however, was no better than average. While the buffet offered a broad selection of dishes, the overall quality was not particularly convincing. To make matters worse, I experienced food poisoning after eating at the sports bar, which significantly impacted the rest of the evening and most of the following day. The pool areas were very nice, and the entertainment team did an excellent job. The animation activities were fun, engaging, and contributed positively to the overall vacation experience. The hotel room was disappointing considering the relatively young age of that section of the resort. The bathroom wall was already deteriorating, and the washbasin area had not been cleaned thoroughly before our arrival. An escaping cockroach in the underwear drawer was another memorable highlight, though not in the way one would hope for."

"Clean room nice AC I saw a cockroach in the bathroom, some staff was nice the other staff was rude, the manager didn’t help with any of my problems, the food I give it a 4/10. The only nice part is the pool and the lazy river."

"This property needs to be upgraded. Air was not working. They fixed it and the next morning it was burning hot. Room 3167 and 2174. Shower head needed replacing. Water going everywhere. Staff rude but not all. Some were very helpful. Food was mediocre. Drinks was strong if you want to get drunk . They did shuttle to the casino. Small casino. They said you have access to other RIU hotels but when they had the all white. I asked if they shuttled and was told you have to pay taxi. Be careful because they do charge if you loose key card or towel card. I would not recommend this hotel for older crowd. This is for the young adults. I was not impressed with this hotel and I’m not hard to please. Party of 12 and over half complained most of the trip."

"Más accesibilidad para el game room, muy costoso, se pasa vacío por los precios. El Spa igual muy costoso el servicio. Areas en las escaleras de carga sucias y montañas de toallas, el huésped no necesita ver eso, parace mala organización. Algunos meseros un poco agresivos con el tema de las propinas. Los agentes de Xpand también, si uno les decía que no le interesa el concepto, te cambiaban el trato al momento. Por lo demás estaba súper, las piscinas, el grupo de animación, el buffet, barras y restaurante, excelentes."
