"The complex was new, modern and nice. Limited lounge chairs. Only 1 key for our condo. There were no instructions for anything posted in the condo though. Had to call management to turn on hot water heater. We had to ask and then pay for drinkable water. The sheets were not on the beds. We had to make our beds after arriving late evening. An odd banging noise was heard 24/7 coming from an AC duct. I would recommend this place for the price/value. IT was clean and comfortable"

"Amazing stay! The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Everything worked perfectly, and the place felt safe and well organized. Communication was excellent and the instructions were clear and easy to follow.
I truly enjoyed my time here and had a wonderful experience. I would definitely stay again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting. Thank you for everything!"

"Well maintained property with almost everyting at a walking distance. Checking method and communication on the weekend could be better, but overall I would highly recommend Residancial plaza colonial to anybody who wants to enjoy the vibes of the city."
