"We stayed for one night as we were catching the ferry to Norway the following day, and it was a very pleasant experience. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The hotel was very child-friendly, which we really appreciated. The pool area and activities such as table tennis and other games kept the children entertained and happy. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a great variety of options and something for everyone. The only downside was the waiting time at the hotel restaurant in the evening. We waited over an hour for our food. However, the food itself was very good and worth the wait. Overall, a lovely stay and a great choice for families, especially when traveling onward by ferry. "

"They do have rooms with better view, but I did not find them through Hotels doc com, even so, it was still gorgeous. Also the bed and the covers/pillows were outstanding. I slept like a rock. The room was a tad too bare in some respects, e.g. no holder for soap and shampoo in the shower, but plenty of outlets, lights and accompanying switches and a nice large screen tv. Breakfast was solid and kept me well going for the day"

"I stayed in this hotel because it was convenient and affordable option from the ferry at Hirshals I was taking the next day. Only about a 20 minute drive to the ferry. Check in was easy once I figured out that you check into the restaurant, they were very helpful and nice. from the place I checked in, I drove down the street to the parking garage and then walked a short distance to the hotel which my room was down the street from the restaurant , where everything is opened with a keypad. The room is very small, but clean. There aren’t a lot of options if you’re taking the ferry the next day that are at this price point, so for that I would stay here again. It was a Thursday night, so there wasn’t a lot going on, not really a lot offood options at night, but a couple small bars were open. Overall, it did the job."

"The property is clean, floors are very squeaky, staff is nice, no elevator which made it challenging with all the luggage we had. All in all a recommendable hotel."
