Right in the station near the tram/street car tracks. The room was super clean and the staff were friend and helpful. The check-in process is self-serve ( don't worry it is a multi-lingual) machine. Shops are close by but some can be hard to find.. Just ask the staff of the station information ...

Clean, great staff , next to the shin station .very convenient for our trip since coming from Osaka early morning we just drop off our luggage to be able to do the Hiroshima tour for the day that start at 940am.
