Staff was excellent and helpful during check-in. Very close to Hiroshima Carp stadium. Less than 10 minutes from Hiroshima station to our hotel. Plenty of food around the hotel, especially on game day. Many of the eateries have take away food to buy and bring in to the game. Hotel amenities were excellent and buffet breakfast included, only minus is that the bed was very firm. I still would definitely recommend this hotel.

Excellent hotel close to Hiroshima station
Hotel is located about a 10 minute walk from Hiroshima station. Arrived before the check in time but was registered and allowed to store my baggage. You have to have a key card to access the elevators. Small but clean and efficient room. Bath has rain shower. Housekeeping is only provided every 4th day unless otherwise requested. They do provide new towels every day. Large breakfast area on main floor. Free breakfast was quite good with a different egg, meat, potato combination each day. Also rice balls, soup, and salad, coffee and juices. There is lots of shopping and dining options in the area. Close to the Hiroshima Carp baseball field. Excellent hotel.

This was my first time staying at this chain hotel, and I was very impressed. The hotel was absolutely spotlessly clean, and seemed brand new. The staff were really lovely - friendly, helpful, and patient with my limited Japanese. The breakfast was also delicious. I would definitely stay here again.

スタジアムが近くて非常に便利なので　いつもカープの応援に行った時は　ここを利用しています 今回ツインルームが取れなくて　ダブルベッド仕様でしたが　広いベッドで不便さは感じませんでした 朝食のおにぎりが少しベタついた感じで美味しくありませんでした

チェックイン時にたまたま広島戦の帰りに当たり駅より向かうのに難渋しましたが、駅より徒歩10分弱で少し大変くらいでした。　朝食はスタートの6：30を狙うとかえって込みます。7：00過ぎですとストレスなく食べられました。　部屋は狭いながらも快適でした。小柄な私たち夫婦には十分ですが、スーツケースを広げるアレが無いのは不便でした。　総じて綺麗でン値段も安く文句はありません。

Auf unserer knapp 4-wöchigen Reise durch Japan hatten wir uns hier für 2 Nächte eingecheckt und waren rundum zufrieden. Unsere Zimmer waren ausreichend groß und komfortabel eingerichtet, mit allem bestückt, was man benötigt. Das Personal war hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich. Wir würden hier jederzeit wieder buchen.

計画旅行ではなく 帰るのが遅くなりそうだなと 寝る為だけの予約でしたが ホテルは綺麗だし 朝食はついてるしー カープ球場目と鼻の先 コストコ目と鼻の先 駅も目と鼻の先 申し分なかったです！ 晩御飯に コストコのピザを歩いて食べにいきました！ ある意味いい 旅行みたいになりました！ また利用しまーす

ユニットバスは子どもも使うので、トイレットペーパーが下の方にあり、びしょ濡れになってしまった。替だけでも上の方に置いておいた方がいいと思う。 部屋がネットで見た写真よりかなり狭く感じた。もう少し広くて少し追加料金を払ってでもエキストラベッドが入れられればもっと良かったのにと思う。 朝ごはんが無料なのは嬉しかった。子ども料金も無料なのにすごい良心的。 部屋でYouTubeが見れるのは嬉しい。子どもが喜んで見ていた。
