We had a lovely stay at BHotel Komachi. The unit was very clean and modern and had great amenities. My only issue was that the beds were very low and close together but otherwise very comfortable.

Great stay with good amenities and spacious room.

Very good appartement that made for a comfortable stay. Spacious living room. Personally I would have preferred a bed to sleeping on a mattress on the floor. Also I missed recycling bins. Other than that it was perfect!

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was spacious for Japan standards and had everything we needed. We did not cook but there was coffee and tea. The location is amazing. Quiet but just around the corner are great restaurants. The memorial site/park/museum was 10-15 minute walk. The day pass made it easy to ride the trams. Communication from our host was wonderful with easy self checkin. Highly recommend!

年末に計9日間ほど滞在いたしました！とても綺麗で落ち着いた室内で落ち着いて宿泊することができました！ありがとうございました！ ■良いところ ・洗濯機や炊飯器、フライパン、アイロン、浴室の換気・衣服乾燥機、掃除機など、豊富なアメニティがあって長期の滞在にとても適してます！🍳（今回使いませんでしたが、トースターもあります！） 特に衣類乾燥はかなり重宝しました……！👕👚 ・管理人の返答と対応がとても早くて丁寧です！年明けた際、深夜に上の階の若干の騒音が気になって報告したのですが、深夜なのにも関わらず素早い対応をしてくれました！その際は大半助かりました🙇‍♂️ ・テレビでyoutubeが見れるため、スキマ時間に困らないところも🙆‍♀️ ・近場にコンビニやスーパーもあるため、立地良しです👍 ■気になったところ ・前回宿泊した際や、別の方のコメントにもある通り、部屋に時計が無いのが難点でしょうか…。🕒🤔 唯一確認できる手段はテレビかトイレのボタンを押す機械のみ。スマホで時間をすぐ確認できるとはいえ、やはり無いと若干の不便は感じました💦（起きた時やチェックアウトの時間など） ・ボディーソープとお湯を入れるポット？が、時間が経つと中の液体（ポットだと中の水？）が垂れてきました。翌日風呂場に向かうとボディーソープの液体がダラーってかなりの量が下に垂れ落ちていたので、ポンプに問題があるのかも？です。 ・事前に記載はありますが、今後宿泊施設で料理を行いたい方は、調味料を事前に用意しておくと良いです。（施設では塩とキャノーラ油しかないです） ・恥ずかしながらIHを初めて使ったため、もう少し使い方がわかりやすくあるとより助かりました💦（食材を切った後20分くらい試行錯誤して、結局IHの型番の取扱説明書を調べて使いました…） ・備え付けのタオルと衣類を合わせて洗濯したところ、タオル？の繊維がとても衣類に付いたのが気になりました。分けて洗濯するか、もしくは掃除機の横にある床用のコロコロをすると良いです。あとはネットを用意するとか？ ・今回上の階の騒音に立ち会いましたが、恐らく床を歩く音ですら下の階の方に聞こえてしまうので、今後宿泊される方は音に十分ご注意ください💦 ・あとこれは個人的な我儘ですが、小さくて良いので加湿器があると少し嬉しいです。（乾燥するけどこの為に加湿器買うのはな…とかなり迷ったので……） 多少の不満はあれど、それを入れたとしても総合的にとても満足できました👏 また広島来た時にはお金貯めて宿泊しようと思います😊

良かった

連泊が急遽決まり前日の夜に予約しましたが、迅速に対応してくれました。 オーナーさんが一階にいらっしゃいます。 サービスの朝食おにぎりは手作りでした。 布団がふかふかで子供たちはとても喜んでいました。 駐車場をさがすのが少し大変でしたが、近くパーキングはたくさんあります。

アメニティが沢山あって良かったです！ 個人的に宿泊した決め手は「洗濯機」がある事で、 クリーニング屋に行かなくても選択ができ、 部屋干しでも衣類乾燥がついててとても助かりました！ また、ベランダにゴミ箱が設置してあり溜まったゴミを捨てるのに困らなかった点や、 エアコンが2箇所ある点、アイロンの設置、トイレにワイドビデがある点もありがたかったです！ ドアがスライド式で場所を取らずに過ごせたのも良かったです！ ◾︎気になったところ ・クチコミを見た上で宿泊をしたのですが、 やはり部屋に1箇所でも時計があるとより助かります！ ・ソファから座ってみたとき、テレビが小さく感じました… （テレビが小さいと言うよりかは、定位置のソファと離れすぎていて大きさとあっていない…？という違和感を感じました） ・チェックアウトの際のメッセージを何処に送ればよいか迷ったので、 事前に「○○○○@○○．com」に送ってくださいなどの指定があるとありがたいです。 交通機関も近く、とても満足して宿泊出来ました！ありがとうございました！ また広島来た時に利用したいと思います！

Un anuncio que cumple con lo prometido

Ubicación muy próxima al parque de La Paz, distrito comercial y estación de tren. Rodeada de diferentes restaurantes y combinies. Equipada con todas las comodidades para una corta, mediana o larga estadía. Arquitectura moderna. Se te instrucciones en inglés para usar los diferentes electrodomésticos y una cocina muy bien equipada para poder cocinar. Lo único negativos es que el corredor es un poco angosto para que 2 personas pasen al tiempo, algo común en Japón.

チェックイン後、すぐに洗面所に行くと、使用済みと思われるバスタオルなどがそのまま放置されていました。リビングに敷いてあるカーペットにも髪の毛が沢山落ちていて清潔面が気になりました。ホテルの場所については少し歩けばたくさんの居酒屋などご飯を食べるところがあったのでその面では困ることはありませんでした。

８階に宿泊しました。 天井も高く、とても快適でした。 1つだけ… 寝間着がなかったのが残念でした。　 もう１つのbHotelではあったので、あると思いこんで伺ったのですが… もしかしたら、あったのかもしれませんが、探した限り見つける事が出来ませんでした。

清潔感があり気持ちよく過ごせました。各階1室なのでプライベート感があり、安心しできます。寝具もフアフアでぐっすり睡眠がとれました。すぐ近くに安くて美味しい朝定食を食べれるお店、美味しいラーメン店もあり非常に満足でした。立地も公官庁、オフィス街で治安はよく静かな街です。コンビニも近くに３ー４軒ほどあり非常に便利。繁華街へも徒歩5～10分で便利。平和公園や国際会議場ヘも徒歩で10分かからなかったと思います。おすすめですね。
