Thank you very much for your stay and your feedback. We are truly sorry that you had been disappointed so much because of the poor customer service you received. This is obviously not the experience we would like you to have at our hotel. Regarding the parking fee, it basically needs to pay every time you move in and out and costs 200 yen per 30 minutes. However, the guests staying overnight can use there with 1,200 yen per night (from 2M to 11AM next morning) and we ask them to pay at the front desk when check-in. Thus circumstanced, we usually ask the guests who use there within 3 hours to pay directly at the parking facility. （it will be less than 1,200 yen if using within 3hours） Perhaps you were parked for 3 hours or more, so it may have been the above price.We understand this misleading due to our lack of explanation when you arrived. Please accept our sincerest apologies for any trouble or inconvenience we may have caused you.
