Lots of improvement could be carried out
The view from room was not as good as expected. We could see some green plants and nothing else. The room was much smaller than the onsen resort I lived in before.
The service was less than satisfactory compared to my past experience. Check-in time was long. Receptionist who spoke Mandarin was a bit impatient and inexperienced.
For the meals, buffet dinner was a disaster. If you were not a fried food lover, please do not choose to have dinner here. I care about the taste rather than the variety. The fried food were not attractive. There were fried chicken, fried vegetables, fried shrimp, fried oyster etc. Sadly, sushi were not fresh. Dessert and icecream were not tasty. I expect something freshly grown in Hiroshima would be served but it did not.
The wall were thin and noisy at night time. Outdoor onsen 2/F has no view. My friend said 3/F could see a bit from the windows.
It is merely a 2.5-star hotel. No one would make the beds when you are having dinner. Staff in the restaurant were standing near you but without any smile. It seems to be quite uncomfortable dining experience.
