Staff was very friendly and helpful. Large clean comfortable rooms. This hotel is business oriented. May not be for tourists. No stores nearby. Must take taxi or hotel shuttle to get around.

The hotel was within a walking distance from a train station, and they also have a shuttle bus. Not much around the hotel, but there is a nice supermarket near the station. Just two blocks from a harbor. The harbor has a nice view and is relaxing. The staff was very polite and kind.

素晴らしいホテルでした。部屋はいつものビジネスホテルの2倍、朝食は格別、目の前の駐車場は無料、もちろん清潔でした。普段はお高いホテルですが、日を選べばビジネスホテルと同程度で宿泊可能です。周りにお店が少ないですが、お願いすれば駅周辺に送迎してくれます。スパは有料でした。

設備の点から言うと呉市内のホテルでは最上位だと思います。また、宿泊料も設備の豪華さから考えると大変お安いです。唯一の難点は呉駅から若干離れており買い物したい時など、特に夏の時期はキツいかなと思います。レンタカー等車で移動される方は駐車場が広いので気にならないと思います。 立地の他は十分満足です。

良かった点: ホテル内、室内共に、とても綺麗でテンション上がりました。 ショップの品揃えも良くて楽しめた。 部屋の窓からの眺めも最高でした。 朝、窓から海軍の訓練が見れたのも良かったです。 子供もとても喜んでいました。 お部屋のお風呂のシャワーベッドのミストは気持ち良かったです。 残念だった点: スパのクローズ時間が早く、楽しみにしていたのに利用できなかった。夕食後に利用出来るように、23時までは営業していて欲しかった。 部屋の1番奥のベッドが一晩中ずっと揺れていて、寝ることができなかった。ベッドヘッドの木材が軋む音がパキッパキッと不定期、かつ連続的に鳴るのも耳障りでした。何故、1番奥のベッドだけが揺れているのか？ 朝食には本当にガッカリしました。 家族全員、楽しみにしていたので、この場所で合ってるのか？何か手違いがあったのでは？と思うほどでした。Webで見たのとは全く違う。返金して欲しいくらいです。 もう2度とここには泊まらないな、と家族全員が心に誓う程ガッカリしました。品揃えも味も、何もかもが本当に酷い。色々なホテルに泊まりましたが、人生で最悪でした。 お部屋が綺麗で良かっただけに、色々と残念な点が多かったホテルでした。 恐らく、従業員の方からは見えなくて、気づいていないのではないかな？ もっと上手くやれば評判のホテルになるのに、勿体無いと感じました。
