Standard cozy Japanese hotel. I liked the level of maintenance and cleanliness, and the general comfort of the accomodations. The bathroom was the smallest of the Chisun properties we stayed at in Hiroshima, Osaka and Tokyo, and does not allow for two people to easily use it at once.

Terrible, not sure is Expedia or Hotel's oversight. Listing puts "air conditioning" but the AC unit is locked to HEAT only. Shouldn't conditioning mean to condition to user's comfort? Staff was apologetic and politely offered fan but that didn't help. Room windows cannot be opened as well. Whole room was stuffy and warm. I left immediately after securing another room elsewhere.

Sorry but I cannot recommend this hotel. The room was very dirty when we came in. The AC was dusty all over and when we turned it on because it was cold, the dust spread all over the room it looked like it was snowing. When we took a bath, disgusting white stuff like dead skin where floating around disgusting! We had to complain and although they did clean the next day, our two night stay was not pleasant. The walls where so thin we could hear the people next door. They did provide coffee packs but their toothbrushes are too cheap. The only thing I liked was their shampoo.

Climate-controlled so being the end of October, the hotel puts on the heat after 5pm. The hotel advertises "air conditioning", which is misleading. We will not come back in the colder months.

スタッフの方々の対応も非常に丁寧で、客室も清潔で良かったです。市電の駅が目の前にあり中心街も近いので利便性もよく、次回も利用したいと思うホテルでした。 ホテル専用駐車場の台数が少ないので、最寄りの契約駐車場まで徒歩で移動でしたが、1泊24時間利用できるので、翌日の観光も追加料金なく駐車できました。 チェックアウト後も車を駐車しておきたい方は、契約駐車場利用をおすすめします。

約2週間、出張で利用しました。 【良かったところ】 ①朝ごはんがとても美味しいです。 ②スタッフの方々にとても丁寧に対応していただけました。 ③アメニティが充実しています。 ④部屋もとても清潔でした。 【気になったところ】 ①ベッドで就寝した際、体にダニに噛まれたようなあとがあり、痒かったです。 （シーツを頻繁に交換してもらわなかったことが原因かもしれません。） ・Wi-Fiの電波が時々非常に弱くなる時間があり、操作に支障をきたします。 ・隣の部屋の生活音が聞こえます。（偶然隣に宿泊された方が大きな生活音だった可能性もあります）
