The rooms were tiny. I asked about breakfast and was told they were fully booked for the next 2 days. The next morning my family in another room went for breakfast and were allowed to dine without reserving….albeit a sparse offering for £19 each. We arranged bag forwarding from Tokyo and whilst the air tags showed them on site the staff said come back later. Cleaning of rooms is only done on request. Disappointing hotel

Room equipment is fine but some dust and humidity smell even with the dry mode on the AC. No view. Small but convenient and clean bathroom. Good and clean bedding. Very nice staff and location. Beautiful breakfast room with stunning view on the city.

Excellent location, tram stops right outside, you can catch tram to Mayajima for 240 yen, ferry 500 yen return. Great hotel, spotless rooms, great service, super onsen. Everything you need close by, Hiroshima Castle has excellent displays inside, also try Okinomiyaki at small restaurant behind gift shop, not yo be missed. Close to atom bomb dome and peace memorial park too. .
