The room is a little small, one suitcase is OK to open. If u have more suitcases, I don't think can be opened.

Nice and clean. Very good place to stay. Location is excellent, quite close to the main shopping area.

距離札幌站不遠，附近也很多餐廳。預訂的房型是隨機，分到雙床房，本身也預訂了從洞爺湖回來的住宿，但查問下大床房已訂滿，也不能安排remarks，最後改訂了其他酒店。 酒店房間很大，也很新淨，乾濕分離的浴室廁所非常好！ 酒店附送一人早餐，加錢加了另一位（¥3300），但不要太大期望，品項選擇不多

The location of the hotel is great! The hotel is obviously run by experienced management.

Great location - Exit 15 from Sapporo JR station, it is around 15 min walking underground path but mostly accessible with luggage. If it is snowing outside you don't have to worry about moving the luggage in the snow! Staff very helpful Room is similar size as Tokyo hotel room( a little bigger) There is small table with chair you can use your laptop tablet on but opening out luggage for packing will be a bit cramped, maybe because my single bed room is at the corner of the building is the reason. The room is quiet even it is facing a road and a gas station across the street. TV is modern and the WiFi (glad they have WiFi 6) is fast. Parking is next door Multi-floor parking that belongs to nearby building but it will charge 1500 yen overnight, remember get the hotel counter to get discount for your parking everyday before you drive out , they will stamp your parking ticket to reduce 500 yen charge. The breakfast serve in the 2/F cafe. The public bath and laundry machine at 2/F. The bath is great for relaxing after a day of work. Will come again next time when visiting Sapporo
