「When we were there (June 2025) reception opened at 1600 and was off-site. You had to phone a number to get a key safe code to obtain your room key. When phoning, you hear a recorded message in German. Sadly, we could not understand the message so had to rely on the restaurant staff (who were on site) to help us connect to reception. We were conveniently located to Trier. The owner was very friendly and willing to give advice. Extensive wine list! We arrived late and staff was willing to round up some food in the kitchen for us.
