「Staff were very friendly, the breakfast was excellent and I had no problems with parking. If I did have a criticism it would be that the bedroom carpet looked like it could do with a clean and the vinyl bathroom floor had black staines all over it, making it look a bit grotty (room 18). However, that said, I would certainly recommend The George and it would be my first choice next time i'm in Norwich.」

「The room was big but not clean, the windows were very mouldy and bathroom doors very dirty. The breakfast was very poor in quality. It was the basic hotel breakfast, with the usual highly processes breads, cold dry bacon, and very dry / rubber looking eggs. I was honestly expecting a much better experience. The reception staff were wonderful, but the pool staff were clearly junior and very uninterested in helping customers. It took me 3 trips to be able to get all I needed to access the pool...

「Just had our second stay here and looking forward to our next one. Room was very clean and comfortable and lovely and warm. Big super king bed and very comfortable. It's handy having the Bar and Restaurant on the same property if you don't feel like going far....we had a nice meal there and the young Bar Man there was just brilliant, could not have been more helpful and caring.
