「Nice and clean」

「The room smelled terrible and was very outdated. Staff was not friendly. The only reason I booked this place was for the pool and the in room hot tub. There's a reason there aren't many photos.. I wouldn't let my kids swim in the pool because it was full of debris and very cloudy. I booked a two day stay but decided to leave early the first day because it was just a disappointment. The sign in the parking lot warning visitors to lock their cars says it all.」

「Great staff. The facility was undergoing a major remodel. My room was done but smelled really strongly of chemicals (new paint, new floors, new everything) and it was overwhelming for me. I opened the window, but there weren’t screens, and since this is still a motel, it wasn’t super safe. I think the smell (and hopefully screens) will be fixed soon but it might be best to wait a little longer until things are sorted. The room did have really soft towels and a lovely bathrobe and I loved access...

「I booked through Expedia for a set price and when i got to the hotel they charged me another $109 in fees. Talked to Expedia and the hotel refunded $72 but said the other amount was to cover fees like $10parking, 19.99 for activities fee, and 28.97 for reserved Eureka. Hotel scammed me out of another $75 but besides that it was great. If they where up front with all the fees I would have chosen there sister Hotel which was prettier and had more character.」
