"Recently refurbished hotel, really lovely spacious room. The only downfalls were the room door lock didn’t work & it was noisy as you can constantly hear the main door below opening and closing. Also cold room, I turned the radiator on but didn’t come on. Check in/out staff were great, very friendly. I ate in the restaurant on the evening, service VERY slow. "We were celebrating our wedding anniversary and the receptionist upgraded us to a newly refurbished room on the 11th floor. The room was amazing! We were also given vouchers for a complimentary drink at the bar. The service was exceptional and we really enjoyed our stay."
