「Clean rooms and great staff」

「Hidden gem in Wolverhampton! Stayed for a Christmas party. Handsome listed building. Lovely staff, nice atmosphere, comfortable, clean room. Well appointed bathroom. Good and plentiful cooked breakfast. 」

「The room was great. I left my hat there unfortunately. That wasn't the hotel's fault though, obviously. The TV didn't work either but I didn't stay in the room much so no big deal. Hotel might want to check it though. 」

「Very comfortable and well furnished flat, with a fully equipped kitchen and free parking. Great communication and very convenient location for the train station, football ground or Wolverhampton centre」

「Nobody told me there's activity beside Hotel. All road block and we can't access to hotel after dinner. The road resume almost at 10pm and we spend 2 hours wait outside. Its troublesome to my family. I must complaint to IHS office for the negligence of Hotel staff.」

「The property was fabulous, just what we needed, my wife and 3 teenage granddaughters had a wonderful stay, peaceful, everything we needed was there, the host was brilliant, at the end of the phone when we called and great location for the city centre Christmas markets. No negatives from me! 」
