「When I walked in the staff with kinda rude at first besides one woman I told her I was throwing a big surprise for my husband and she was really helpful and nice the other ones not so much when I got to the room to start setting up I noticed the bed was not made at ALL. As a ex housekeeper they did not do a good job」

「Excellent staff」

「Good 」

「Staff was excellent and breakfast was better than anticipated.」

「Staff was very helpful. Rooms are always very nice with lots of space. The only thing keeping this from being a perfect spot is parking is quite expensive.」

「Did not like soft mattress and high off the floor」

「A very nice boutique hotel in central Spokane that is walking distance to many great restaurants.」
