"The “off the menu choices” for breakfast offered at the cafe in the Marriott Plant was delicious, housekeeping does a terrific job, bed & pillows were extremely comfortable & furniture, carpet & bedding all were in great shape. The Marriott Plant offered a couple great amenities to include car service to restaurants, etc in downtown Savannah at no cost (I always tipped the driver) & at check-in I was given a discount card for each day of my stay for $18 off one meal (breakfast, lunch or dinner) at any of the three Riverside Marriotts on the property I can honestly say every staff member I encountered was friendly & eager to help. I had a great 4 night stay, would definitely stay again & would highly recommend the hotel to family & friends. "

"The area pool was clean and the had a great service. The room was comfortable and clean. The valet parking staff were very kind as well. Who really impressed us was Ms. Marliene in the Café. We came back the second day for breakfast just because of her. We felt like we know her forever; she listened to us and she was super 👌 kind. Employees like her make the visit super comfortable. Thanks!"

"The location is perfect. Carl, the bellman, went above and beyond to retrieve and park my car. He also made sure I had an umbrella when it rained. The property is old with minimal amenities, but it was charming, quiet and felt very safe."
