Plumeria Hilo Hotel
We were in Hawaii for 2 weeks, and stayed at several hotels, and the Plumeria Hilo Hotel had the best room by far because ut was more like an apartment than just a hotel room. There was a fridge, micorwave, hot plate, dishes, etc. A bit a road noise, but the beach was close by.

Aarons Cottage
Quietly located in tropical trees, easy in and out, manager quickly fixed a wifi malfunction after text notification, misterious creatures chirping whistling all night, a general store one mile away
