"Walked into the pool with music loud rap, cursing. Went to tell front desk, they came and said something to guest, but guest did not turn it off. I went a second time to ask the front desk to ask them again. It was so uncomfortable because he had no idea why he had to turn his music off. Finally, after he did and left another guest did ask if she could play music and I told her please no we will be leaving soon. There was a dog barking in 2 rooms close to me, so I had to ask to be moved. The beds were on something metal and every time you moved you heard it. I went to relax and nothing about my experience was relaxing."

"Don't let the pictures fool you--this place is a dump. The laminate in the hallways is buckled and the whole atrium (pool area) was closed due to standing water. The first room we got stunk badly. The second room had filthy sheets and we had to take them off and bring them to the front desk to have them changed. The room itself was ok enough except for some staining on the walls. This was probably a nice hotel in its day but its day is past. The breakfast was a row of tables with a few things set out in the corner of the bar that looks like it has been closed for a while. This could have been a temporary setup due to the closed and musty atrium. We asked for an extra blanket and they said they didn't have any. The positives were that the staff was friendly enough and we didn't see any bedbugs! "

"This hotel is disgusting! Hotels.com you should not recommend this place. It is not as described. Booked an accessibility room and they said they dont have those and when asked why they listed them she didnt know. So we ended up in a 2 double bed room. It was totally trashed and it didnt even have a waste basket. It was a 4 person room with only 3 pillows and they were old and disgusting. Lots of patched holes. Filthy carpet lumpy old beds broken furniture the chair in the non smoking room had a chunk torn out and cigarette burns. No microwave when one was listed on the room i booked. The room smelled terrible. We only got 1 towel and washcloth and they were stained. Told the desk how bad it was and they said "yeah we are working on remodeling but that room wasnt one yet. So why am i paying full price if you know the room is bad? No offer of a discount no apology. Just a yeah we know its bad. And that it should be remodeled in the next year. Save your money and piece of mind. "
