"Great communication and quick replies, all the relevant details were sent through with photos of how to access the apartment. The apartment was very clean and had everything you need in it. Comfortable sofa and bed, all seemed very new and well looked after, it was perfect! Nice and quiet and we had great nights sleep, we stayed 2 nights and it was perfect! "Unfortunately the cleanliness of this place was a Complete let down. Stains on the cushions of toothpaste and a cream coloured flem what it looked like. Algae in the bathroom, brown toilets and stained bedding. We tried to make the most of it but will not be using this company again. Also please be wary of the car park with gates down a narrow lane it made it impossible to get in to in a normal size car and we needed up take a gauge out the side of our car. Smaller cars seamed to get in fine....

"I didn't use breakfast, so I can't comment about it. I am not qualified to characterise the eco-friendly aspects. It is annoying that the survey doesn't allow alternative options for answers. However, my stay at Mercure Hotel West Bromwich was fine. The staff was friendly and helpful when I had situations. I can't mention the names of all staff, because not so many had a badge with the name. I mentioned in a previous of my reviews the name of Marita, purely because she wear a badge, but all her colleagues were super fine. The room was spacious, clean and quiet. The speed of internet... has room for improvement."
