Pretty average stay. The carpet was very stained and the room was not the cleanest. Can’t see out the windows or open them. Small room. Very close to two stations so good for getting around and only 15 minutes walk to America Mura, 20 to dontonburi. The app worked well for check in and check out. Can store your bags before and after your stay.

Room in good condition! good house keeping. only issues were Shower was difficult to use and made a mess, and the bathroom had an issue with a sewer smell, i’m a plumber by trade not a big issue but as a plumber I noticed it more. Good location!

My stay was amazing. Everything was great and the staffs are always smiling. I will come back again!

Very convenient - you walk out and you’re at USJ! They had a welcome drink ticket where you stop by for juice or tea. They had corn soup and a chocolate fountain with marshmallows which my kids loved (we visited the cafe area nightly just for this).

Here's a rewritten version: The staff was excellent and very helpful. One evening, no staff members were on duty, and I couldn't access my room because the keypad had stopped working. I ended up sleeping on the lobby couch, and the staff kindly woke me the next morning to help me get back into my room. They opened the digital keypad and replaced the batteries, which solved the problem completely. The room could have been slightly cleaner, and I had assumed all Japanese toilets came with bidets—I was mistaken about that. Overall though, it was a great value for the price. Thank you!
